Track your food for 30 days – challenge! Join us!

Food Tracking Challenge

Kind of self explanatory.  If you have target numbers that’s great but all you need to do for this challenge is track your food every day for 30 days starting Oct 1st.  (the idea is to track anything you eat or drink!)

We will also form a discussion group for the duration of the challenge so it’s easy to chit chat with the other challengers to motivate each other!  We will have accoutability instructions in the group.  You’ll get those instructions when you email ;)
