Getting Fit – Thoughts/tips from my Journey

And here it is :)   My thoughts/musings on my journey to a fit and healthy me…  from 50 lbs ago to now!

I’ll share how I lost 50 lbs and what I am doing to get and stay healthy, some advice and tips from my own experience, my thoughts on things I read, watch and talk about with other people  (I like to study what I am practicing, you can call it obsessed, I call it inquisitive :) ), maybe answer some questions people ask me… just random thoughts as they hit me :)

I guess the first thing I’d share is how I lost 50lbs over the course of about 8 months – tips and practical advice (and before/after pics!!).  I wrote the article as a sort of how-to for those that might need some ideas,  and it comes from real-life experience from a working mom of 2  who does not get to spend 4 hours daily in the gym and who has to have some semblance of “real” food to eat from a regular ol’ grocery store…  and believe me I am not knocking those women who are in the gym 4 hours a day or special ordering their food from a small village in the mountains – you are my hero, it’s just not part of my life!
