strength training in just 2 days a week!

This is an awesome little guide for how fit in your strength training in just 2 days a week.
Great for those that have a busy week or a vacation coming up, or those that have time carved out for other sports (runners!) but know they still need some strength training, or for when you just need a little break but don’t want to lose all your progress!

I don’t knock any form of exercise, so if you love to run or line dance or jane fonda your way to fit that’s GREAT – but there are some practical reasons you want to incorporate at least a little big of strength training and here’s why:
