Chocolate Protein Cupcakes!
1 cup Oatbran
4 Egg Whites
2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
1/4 cup Splenda, Truvia, or Ideal (equal to 1/4 cup sugar check your label)
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
8 oz applesauce
3 tbsp Baking Cocoa
8 oz almond milk
*makes 12 cupcakes – half it for 6 of them*
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
Spray cooking dish with a non stick butter spray and add batter to dish. (I used muffin pan)
Bake 18 (or so) minutes in oven.
