I don’t have many hills at home, so when we went to the lake to visit my daddy followed by camping near a river I was pretty excited to try my hand (or legs) at Hill Sprints! There are a lot of hills around those parts
It was quite a bit harder than I imagined and “fast” isn’t as fast as it is on flat land – which was probably good. I was sore for a week so it was a great muscular workout too!
Quite good fun – nice and quiet and serene – but breakfast afterward was my favorite part
