Come join us! Fit-ographer’s end of 2012 challenge – see this year out with a bang!
There are 4 weeks left of 2012… you have 4 weeks to challenge yourself to accumulate your choice of:
25 total walking/jogging miles for beginners,
50 total miles for non-beginning joggers,
400 total reps of a specific exercise of your choosing
This is based on an average workout 3 times a week but you are welcome to spread into 5 workouts or lump into 1! We’ll start this week so sign up fast We’ll do weekly check ins to keep you on track…
